Privacy Policy

Your data, handled carefully.

What we collect, why we collect it, who processes it, how long we keep it, and how you control it.

Privacy PolicyVersion 1.0Effective August 1, 2026

1. Information We Collect

When you submit a project request, we collect what you provide: your name, email address, phone number, industry, project type, budget range, timeline, preferred contact method, project stage and funding details, and your project description. We also collect the consent choices you make, the browser and page you made them from, and basic technical data such as browser type and pages visited.

2. Why We Collect It

We collect this information to respond to your inquiry, evaluate project fit, scope and price the work, schedule consultations, keep accurate business records, protect our systems, and meet legal obligations.

3. How We Use It

We use your information to communicate with you about your inquiry and engagement, prepare proposals, and deliver services if you become a client. We use it for marketing only where you have given separate, optional consent.

4. Who It May Be Shared With

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it with service providers that help us operate — hosting, database, email delivery, scheduling, analytics, and AI processing providers — only to the extent needed to provide those services, and with professional advisors or authorities where legally required.

5. AI Processing

Some information you submit may be processed by third-party artificial intelligence services to draft summaries, recommendations, and internal analysis. AI output is treated as a draft and reviewed by a person before it is used in client communications.

6. Uploaded Files

Files you upload are stored privately and may be reviewed by authorized employees or contractors for the purpose of evaluating and delivering your project.

7. Retention

We retain inquiry information for business communication, project evaluation, recordkeeping, security, and legal purposes. Retention periods differ by record type — unfinished drafts, declined inquiries, uploaded files, message logs, activity logs, consent records, and completed project records each have their own configured period, and records subject to a legal hold are kept longer.

8. Your Rights

You may request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or opt out of communications. Submit a request through our Data Request page. We verify identity before acting on a request and respond within the period required by applicable law.

9. Cookies and Analytics

See our Cookie Notice for how browser storage and analytics are used and how to control them.

10. Email and SMS Preferences

Transactional, marketing email, and text messaging consents are stored separately. See our Communication Consent Policy for how to withdraw each one.

11. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, including access controls, encrypted transmission, and private file storage. No system can be guaranteed completely secure.

12. Children

This site and intake service are intended for people who are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

13. Changes

When this policy changes we publish a new version with a new effective date and keep prior versions on record, including which version each person accepted.
