What is safe to share at the inquiry stage, and what should wait for a signed agreement.
1. What You May Upload
Upload only files that you own or have permission to share. Do not upload passwords, access tokens, private encryption keys, payment-card data, Social Security numbers, medical records, private customer databases, unlawful content, malware, or confidential information unless Quick Choice App Studio has specifically authorized a secure transfer method. By uploading a file, you confirm that you have the authority to provide it for project review.
2. Confidentiality Before an Agreement
Requesting an NDA does not create an NDA and does not make submitted information confidential. Do not submit trade secrets, passwords, API keys, source-code credentials, financial account information, Social Security numbers, health information, private customer records, or other highly sensitive information before a written NDA or service agreement has been signed.
3. Requesting an NDA
If you ask us to send an NDA, we will pause confidential file collection and accept only a general, nonconfidential project summary until the NDA is signed. The request itself creates no confidentiality obligation.
4. How Files Are Stored
Uploaded files are stored privately and accessed only by authorized team members for project review. We do not create permanent public links to client files and use authenticated or expiring access where supported.
5. File Validation
We restrict uploads by file type, size, and count, and reject executables, double extensions, and invalid filenames. We may refuse or delete any file that appears unsafe or out of scope.
6. Ownership
By uploading, you represent that you own the materials or have sufficient permission to provide them to us for project review.
