Artificial intelligence helps us draft faster. It never replaces human review, and it never produces a final commitment.
1. Where AI Is Used
We may use artificial intelligence to assist with project summaries, feature recommendations, qualification results, scope outlines, risk analysis, email drafts, and technical suggestions. Any such output is labeled where it appears.
2. AI Output Is a Draft
This content was generated or assisted by artificial intelligence. AI-generated content may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, biased, or inappropriate for the project. It is provided as a draft for human review and must not be treated as a final quote, final scope, legal conclusion, compliance determination, security certification, or professional recommendation. All material decisions must be reviewed and approved by an authorized Quick Choice App Studio team member.
3. Human Review Requirement
Every AI-assisted item carries an internal review status of Not Reviewed, Reviewed, Edited, Approved, or Rejected. AI-generated content is not sent to a client as final unless an authorized team member has marked it Approved.
4. Automated Qualification Scores
Qualification scores are internal planning tools. They are based on submitted information and configurable business rules and may not reflect the complete circumstances of the prospect or project. Scores must not be used to make unlawful discriminatory decisions or decisions based on protected personal characteristics. Human review is required before rejecting a prospect solely because of an automated score.
5. Sensitive Characteristics
We do not collect race, religion, disability, health status, sexual orientation, political affiliation, or other sensitive personal characteristics for lead scoring or automated evaluation.
6. Third-Party AI Services
AI features may be processed by third-party providers. We do not control their models, training practices, or future changes. Do not submit confidential or highly sensitive information to AI-assisted fields.
